All my prints (except the Giclee which is shipped flat) are sent in cardboard tubes, then packed in triangular Priority Mail boxes. If anything ever arrives damaged, please contact me and I'll take care of it (replacement or refund). I try to ship stuff out once a week, but sometimes it ends up being every two weeks and sometimes more. If you're concerned about the status of your order contact me and I'll let you know what's up.
